My Offer of Legal Services

If you are in Chester, Montgomery, Berks, Delaware or Philadelphia Counties, I am available to meet with you at your home or place of business. Depending on the merit or value of your legal situation, arrangements can be made to meet with you in other areas of Pennsylvania.

As an Attorney and Counselor at Law, I confidentially discuss deeply personal matters such as the drafting and filing of Wills and Estates as well. I have experience in representing Executors, Estates and in Estate Litigation in Orphan's Court.

Fees

Most matters are billed on a “Transactional Basis”. That is each representation is different, the people involved are always different from any other representation, and therefore the fees are different based on the specific representation. In other words you are unique, and your situation is unique. The fees will be based on difficulty and time involved. You and I will have agreement as to the retainer and basis for the fee prior to starting representation.

The law in any contingency case is that the fee agreement must be in writing and signed by both Lawyer and Client.

With Estate representation or representation of personal representatives of estates, The Orphans court reviews and approves legal fees.

Fee Agreements should be in writing in the form of a fee letter or agreement.

NOTE: In order to make paying fees less painless, you can use PayPal along with your credit card or Mac card for the retainer or periodic payments of legal fees.
